An employer can dismiss an employee of the agency without a hearing?
I was fired after a false accusation was made against me. No studied, I just said to leave the place without a hearing. sent the relevant manager then several emails to other sites where I worked for years to repeat this claim and therefore could not not work in any of them either. Ive had no hearing, no opportunity to present my defense and refuse receipt of the letter I sent to raise a complaint. None of the management of these sites believe that these accusations, but say they can not do anything until I've cleared my name.
They can cause you to dump because he works for an agency. They can, however, communicate the reason for their decision to others. It is a violation of the law Federal privacy. Your agency should work with you to filing charges against the person and suspend all business operations. It is an act which must not and will not accept a client.
