How can collection agency in connection with a Catholic hospital do not pay me?

My son was in the emergency 7 times this year. Three times in a Catholic hospital and four times in another hospital Catholic. All journeys have been the results of his epilepsy, he suffered a dislocated crisis shoulder several times. My insurance through my employer has paid their dues. Are the hospitals participating in my group plan. And now I'm in a hospital and another $ 1,800.00 $ 2,400.00 for co-payments and deductibles. I have no money to pay debts as I am struggling to pay higher insurance premiums and a single mother of two can barely paycheck to paycheck. We live very thrifty and spend a lot. It is a sign in the ER who said he must treat all if you can pay or not. I'm receiving a letter from one of their collection agencies threatening to judgments against me.

At first glance the State aid. Someone in his situation might well qualify for Medicaid as secondary insurance. If approved, they can pay no primary insurance. They can also give retroactive effect to the deck so that the child was covered at the time of emergency room visits .. Then go to the hospital and see this type of charity they offer (which will probably be asked to apply for Medicaid through the application process anyway). I work in health care and once worked with a turnover of Catholic hospital patients. Part of my job was the preparation of applications for approval Charities. They would rather have a booklet be sent to a collection of patients. In fact, requests from charities has been sent to all patients before any collection action was taken. Them had a great charity program and approved by one, they have completed the application. Implementation will be as a loan application so to speak. Probably need to know what your monthly income is compared to your monthly expenses. If you can show that you're just making paycheck to paycheck, probably will reduce your bill or write completely. Once you start this process, it is likely to suspend its activities until it is approved or denied libraries. If you do not go this route, they can ask for a ruling judicial as any other creditor would. My last advice, do not be too proud and think their children. If your finances are not so great, and someone will sue, can have to deal with a garnishment of wages. Then you and your children can suffer. Another note-Go directly to the hospital in the body. It is likely that the collection agency is an external agency paid a portion of what they bring in. They will not have much interest to help you with something more to pay.
