The Employee Handbook, also called employee manual provides detailed guidelines governing the procedures and expectations to employees. Each time a new employee joins a company, the usual practice is to provide employees with a manual to familiarize with the new company and its policies.
The employee must read and understand the manual, because the employee will be able to fulfill their responsibilities more educated and informed.
