When working on a "right to work" state means that the employer can dismiss an employee for any reason at all?
I understand the right to work state means the extent that unions are involved, but can someone explain what this means in Since nonunion employees. have fewer rights in a "right to work" state?
Thinking of employment "to control" concept that basically says that an employer can fire an employee for any reason or no reason. Employers can not always shoot not based on race, religion, age or sexual preference.
