Employee Performance Evaluation Forms
Would you work in a place where your co-workers to evaluate the performance of your job?
In the restaurant where I work, Week last had a team meeting and the leaders were talking about a new policy that could take place ……. more patterns to evaluate the performance of an employee, their colleagues also fill out a form, and evaluating the performance of your door a certain weight. (Seriously, do not return to me – is that we are not terribly social and outgoing – And his friends would give negative feedback?) What would you think of this policy? Advantages, disadvantages?
Contributors to evaluate other colleagues? What if a friend decides to check "unsatisfactory", only to be bad, revengful excuse or another girl? This will give them license to do so and feel "under control" be tested. Another reminder of "self." Con! I say an evaluation should be between a boss and his colleague (S), confidential and face-to-one as it should. The way some workplaces are now in confidence does not seem to exist anymore, and this policy is an example. Just my $ 0.02.
