Bit of a difficult situation. I feel that your boss is in collusion with the guilty. There may be other accounts are mild. Obviously, if you tell the woman there is a risk that you get fired. You can notify the police, Theft is theft, after all. Personally, I wish that women be informed and if I took a claim for unfair dismissal and inform the police and the press reached its illegal.
