In Missouri, if the employee is 17 years and works one hour 11 rooms, is not entitled to a break?
My daughter spent 11 hours continuously at a Taco Bell, the employee handbook says that is at the discretion of managers, based on the flow of "treatment" in the restaurant for coffee breaks. Moreover since any food, but it took 5-10 minutes to eat when her boyfriend brought her lunch. She was 17.
