Employee Handbook California

I need information on who to contact if I am not being treated fairly at work?
Company I work for does not have a policy manual Human Resources (since this company is small), we have never had seminars on how employees should behave, and some of us in our place of work have been paroled without being told why, and now we are "protected" and "tested" by the leaders of our company. I wondered, since we have no human resource policy and we are victims of violence in our workplace, is there a place to go to complain? We are in California. Thanks!
If you do not want to be seen or tested, and their managers will not work ……. lol nothing more than blind probation, continue to work there and call to studies of delay … I suggest you find another job because you work with delay
