Can anyone accused of sending an email request was the victim of IP spoofing and session hijacking
Be that as employee of my company that was accused of sending an email to another person. When confidential information is responsible for sending abroad, argues that letter was not sent for him. Rather, someone else has sent the email and IP address (gateway to my business and not the local IP address IP user) has been false. He also said it could be hacked session. Can you get away with these arguments? Can you prove beyond a question that was not a victim of spoofing an IP address and / or session hijacking. I have only your e-mail he sent to a Gmail account. after of I can not e-mail headers here coz of the length of restricted content.
If this is a serious incident, use Form Forensic someone company will be able to get to the bottom of this need with the evidence.
