Employee File Folders
An employee play with me. What to do?
I work remotely for now and implement a file server system. I know people personally involved .. In essence it is a file and folder structure I can set up and everyone had something to say its construction. Now it's a boy to use Most organize files it produces. I asked several times to have their say too much and it was, but mostly off topic, but the rest listened anyway .. Now I'm trying to assist in their use, holding hands by email. I asked some files organized. Seems to ignore the rules and have agreed to end the endless task. Am patient and ask him to do it himself, could have and 1000x. It maintains a nod, but ignores the rules, and sent an e-mail anger to do what I ask. I said pointing aside .. Yes, I started to piss I'm sure it's technically able to do what I want. What have I done wrong? .. Exclude response, since a bad person to do .. What do I need to motivate?
write and let you know what will happen if it does not work (reduced salary, shooting, etc.) If it does not follow, do not want to pay a deadbeat. And tell people to exclude answers like "is the wrong person," I said you already know the answer, and you're just afraid to admit to yourself.
