What is the importance of maintaining discipline in a company?
I have an employee. He is aggressive, independent thinking, but is not disciplined. His lack of discipline cost me some money, but then again saved me a lot too much money, it saved me more than it lost, but lack of discipline causes poor morale. He has a god-syndrome – which believes it is the sole responsibility of the company's fine, but the truth is really a team effort.
