Undertaking full-time contract employee – Do I pay even if I renegotiate benefits?
I work at a large company rather as a contract employee, but have recently been offered a full time job. I felt that my starting salary was good, but having worked there for some time, I feel that others do the same to be done. Would it be in bad taste to renegotiate the payment of a moment like this, even if you receive benefits as full-time employee? It's like see a gift horse in the mouth so to speak?
