"I can put an employee within 90 days if they are not reliable or bad attitude?
I have worked with this program for employees. It is very difficult when you talk to her and calls in the days when she has to work. I am your superior and then released her, she is still in 90 days' probation?
u certainly can fire anyone at that time, or spend that time if their attitude is a bad team player. Make sure u have documents to prove it. when the bad attitude, and have had to call a conference and a conference room paper on file. Give a copy of this documentation and keep in its files. I think it's fair, however, give the people opportunities because they sometimes need to improve, but if you arent better, it's time to find someone who can be a heritage of more and less damage to the company
