I work at my job a little over 4 years. It has been rumored that our work is close and move to Delaware (We are The South Jersey) The principal owner has denied the rumors and says that is not moving. Today we had an unexpected visitor one inspector / appraiser inspect our building. When our manager asked if I needed help speaking as an appeaser and was hired to obtain the measurements, since the building is placed in the document to be leased by a new owner.
