Evaluation in the software industry: it is always fair?
or is it just a tool to maintain the workforce and increasingly controlled they want to say goodbye to the employee, are proof that he / she has poor performance
Ratings are as good as the person who writes. If they are biased, so is evaluation. I would say that there is some bias in every review I've written, no matter how much they did not affect the evaluation.
