Employee Annual Review

90 Review of policies to change the day and suddenly change. Need help?!
Ok, so …. I've been with my company since May 18, 2009. My opinion on 90 days was due August 18, 2009. I end up until November 7, 2009, because my boss was busy with other things. I expected a recovery, as I promised, and all other co-worker has one. I informed when considering a new policy took effect a few weeks ago that gave rise annual assessments until today. I was the last employee that my opinion and only to deny an increase due to new policies. But actually, if my opinion have been made on time, I received my raise. Money is not a big problem for me, I do not think they can not do that … And so I ask here … Is it legal? Has anyone heard of this?
Yes, unfortunately. Scummy is one thing but the company does not "legally" to give a raise or a bonus? Why – because the company can always turn around and say the goals are not met. Try to turn the page and forget about it because in this case complain and fight for this may make things worse. Good luck.
