Should I ask my annual review in this depressed economy?
In my work, employees typically receive an annual review, this time. This years, I did, and he has two months before my birthday without a word. I would like my opinion, and a raise would be nice. Company appears be good, but I do not know if other colleagues have had their review. I'm going into my bosses office and demand a prompt. Should I care when I have bad economy do? I am one of the largest producers in the department, and I'm ready to see what I could do better.
