discrimination in the workplace cases
my man has been some discrimination in the workplace … asked what steps should we take?

Long story short, more than one supervisor personal items brought on the job. no emails from him to another supervisor, who is a friend of my men saying "never go back into society and I do not like. its nothing personal. bla bla bla ", but wait until the supervisor who had juvenile records, and then used to fall back again an operator in the company instead of a supervisor in training. plus it not a punishment equitably among employees. The term disease but with drs notes and get into trouble after the fact when all this happened. wondering if there is one case, he thinks the company to continue and try to get the supervisor demoted. For any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

You have absolutely no reason for a trial here. A court would require proof of discrimination is discrimination based on race, sex, religion, marital status, age, sexual orientation or disability. An employer can legally discriminate little about any another reason. This must be addressed by talking directly with management. If they refuse to listen or take any action, the only options are finding a new job or to continue working there and with him.
