Are you legally in the state of their disability on a resume?

I applied for some jobs in the public sector, and they were all wonder if I have a disability which is permanent or whether it would hinder the performance of your work, I realize that is a non-discrimination work place that says no can discriminate by color, race, culture, disability, sex, etc ….. If you are required to report their type of disability or on your resume if they ask?

Of course not! In fact, it is recommended not to put on your resume. Your resume is a document that should sell your skills and experience!
