Employment and rejection letter?

I applied for a public service job and I received a rejection letter. Here is a state sentence letter it was rejected. You have been considered for this position and other eligible persons who have not bee selected. My question is this legal letter if not signed? I it might be possible that someone in HR just randomly sent this unsigned letter, and he deserves more? I passed the Civil Public and I have a license is required. I have something against me from my past that petty theft. However, when it was published this announcement told us she wanted viscosity minor criminal record … Thanks for their comments.

I doubt that anyone in human resources at random sent the unsigned letter rather, by not signing it was an oversight. If he had been selected for the post, you've heard so. Sending a refusal letter is a formality and politeness, and is not binding for anyone in the legal sense. Good luck in your job search.
