In California, I can watch up to 5 minutes before?
've Always thought that there is a law, that employees in California has a window of 5 minutes at the beginning and end of your shift? In my work, the administration has taken this "privilege" far and now we all have to watch right at the time of start our turn. If you're a minute late, we prepared?
I can only hope that California has not penetrated so deeply into the operation of private enterprises. In most states, clock time is not regulated by law but by the policies and procedures of each company. Everyone has a type of politics that is provided at the time of recruitment. If you have lost yours then request a replacement copy of the department of human resources.
