What can be done on the psychological violence at work?
I am currently working in a telemarketing office (until I can " find a better job). My boss threatened on several occasions that we sent home or will be activated if not sold. Use vulgarity and demeans us every day and stress is simply too much to handle. Each of us who work here feel the same, but do not know what to do. We need money to pay our bills, but do not want be fired.
Is your boss a jerk? Yes Want to win a trial? Probably not. It is argued that his management style, will tell you emotional abuse. The court said that, "Company" is engaged to a jerk. Keep it under strict surveillance. The applicant, who recruited a imbecile. Sorry. "Finding a better job. Good employees are always in demand.
